![]() Another review compared it to Slay the Spire - no chance that these should be even mentioned in the same sentence (oops). I read a review previously to say that the voice acting of all the characters was good - they literally just sigh, or say 1 word as responses, again, making me think this is all a hoax. The only plusses are the humour/writing (of what little there is of it) is fun and whimsical, and the art style is decent too. ![]() It's bizarre, it's such a shallow game it feels fake to me. The dating sim element is one I'm less used to, but again there's zero thought required here - you pick who you want to "romance" before the run starts, and then you're locked in and are literally given options to increase favour with that NPC or not with a mouse-click. I didn't seem to see anything that really carried over between runs either. Each "run" isn't long or complex enough to experience wildly different playthroughs, the combat/deck building is terrible: in each run I played I ended up playing every card in my hand each turn, with little to no consequence of order - absolutely zero thought required and very boring. It was recommended to me as a rougelike/deck builder/dating sim, and I truly believe it fails at all of those things. I honestly don't understand what I'm meant to like in this game.
